My responsibilities encompass steering our dedicated team of UX & UI consultants and front-end developers to architect and refine interfaces across RocketBNK's comprehensive suite of services, catering to both B2B and B2C sectors. As an integral member of the cross-functional team, I play a pivotal role in facilitating strategic decision-making, presenting innovative solutions, and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement in our offerings and operational strategies. Collaborating closely with the Product Marketing team, I lead efforts to gather and dissect user feedback, oversee beta testing programs, and execute market testing to inform our design and development process.Responsibilities

Venngo is Canada's largest employee discount provider. The platform is a closed platform and can only be accessed by users with active accounts provided to them by their employees. I was involved to manage the entire end-to-end product life cycle from strategic planning to delivery. Working with product and business owners to develop highly informed product roadmaps, strategy planning, designing the user experience flow, user journey maps, and serve as the subject matter expert for all current products and future products.

Trapeze Group is engaged in the development, installation, and customization of intelligent transportation systems. Its product offerings include scheduling, route optimization, staffing asset management, and communication systems. I was involved as an intermediate user experience designer and researcher, as my work focused on understanding and teaching them their commuter base, more specifically, how rider insights will help them develop their product, riders pain point, how transit drivers deal with the situation during commute and how we can use this knowledge to build an advanced and smart transit system.
